Jelly Roll has confirmed that he will not make his highly-anticipated appearance on The Voice US finale.

The Voice season 24 finale has already begun, and host Carson Daly wasted no time breaking the news that Jelly Roll will not be performing. However, fans can look forward to seeing him grace the stage during next year’s finale of The Voice.

Expressing remorse on social media, Jelly Roll mentioned his regret for having let down anyone.

“I was really excited about my performance tonight on The Voice, but unfortunately, I’m feeling extremely sick and unable to go on stage,” he expressed.

Apologies if I’ve let anyone down, but if there was any chance at all, I’d be taking that stage tonight. I’m grateful to The Voice for inviting me back in May next year, and I can’t wait to deliver the performance of a lifetime. Thank you all for your love and support!

Tonight’s finale was supposed to feature Jelly Roll performing his GRAMMY-nominated hit, “Save Me”.
